Cancellation Policy

At TBS Studio, every product is carefully planned, handcrafted, manufactured, sourced, or customized specifically for each order. Due to the nature of our products and production timelines, the following cancellation terms apply.

1. Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation only if:

  • Production has not commenced
  • Customization has not begun
  • Procurement or material sourcing has not started
  • Processing or dispatch has not been initiated

Cancellation requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for approval.

2. Advance & Prepaid Orders

If an advance payment or full payment has already been made, approved cancellations within the eligible cancellation window may be refunded after deduction of:

  • Payment gateway charges
  • Bank transaction fees
  • Design or consultation charges already incurred
  • Procurement, sampling, sourcing, or logistics costs already initiated

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders shall generally not be eligible for cancellation under the following circumstances:

  • After 24 hours from order confirmation
  • Once production or customization has commenced
  • Once materials have been specially sourced for the order
  • Made-to-order or bespoke products
  • Customized or personalized furniture
  • Upholstered items
  • Wallpapers or murals
  • Interior projects or design services
  • Orders that have already been dispatched

4. Cancellation Request Process

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via:

  • Email
  • Official WhatsApp communication

The request should include:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Contact details
  • Reason for cancellation

In cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers may also be required to provide:

  • Clear photographs and videos of the product
  • Images of packaging
  • Unboxing video, wherever possible

Failure to provide sufficient supporting evidence may affect claim evaluation.

Verbal cancellation requests may not be considered valid.

5. Refund Timelines

Where applicable, approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

6. Right to Refuse Cancellation

TBS Studio reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests where:

  • The order has entered production
  • Procurement or sourcing has commenced
  • Packaging or dispatch processes have started
  • Significant resources or customization efforts have already been allocated to the order
